Quality assurance awareness in higher education in China: big data challenges

Abstract The quality assurance of higher education in China is an issue vital international interest. To improve the reputation nation’s universities, steps must be taken to ensure a sustained focus on within its ranks. This paper primarily focused models operational Chinese Big data challenges and legal framework backing them. also discusses implementation models, extent which they meet standards, how adhere prevailing laws. degree success attaining maintaining evaluation improvement opportunities are discussed. Some solutions recommended this study participation more teachers students management, emphasis Higher Education Institution (HEI) self-regulation learning-oriented approach conducting sessions collect anonymous feedback from reward staff with best practices. Quality Assurance practices/models adopted Universities Ministry (MOE) reviews; Academic Degree Committee oversight; Evaluation Center (HEEC) overview, University self-evaluation according HEEC Indicators, Webometric Ranking Model.
